VizeEst is licensed, not sold, for use by steel estimators and fabrication teams. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the platform or its detection outputs.

Usage-based scaling, Certain features like detection operate on token-based usage. All plans are flexible, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime without penalties.

All software, designs, models, documentation, and branding associated with VizeEst are the exclusive property of Zenitude and its licensors. These terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the platform except for the limited license to use it.

You retain ownership of any drawings and content you upload. By using VizeEst, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.

VizeEst is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenitude disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

In no event shall Zenitude be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
